Will I get what I see on the site?
The most of artworks on the site were sold, your painting will be created very similar in the same style, colors, you will receive the same quality and beauty of the painting as what you see from the pictures.
Some customers asked how similar between original piece shows online and recreated pieces. I can not promise you will get an IDENTICAL one as you see from the photo, because only art prints/machines can do EXACTLY the same as pictured. All my paintings are hand-painted, so, every brush strokes might be different, but I DO promise you will get it in the same quality and same beauty, I have sold over 2,600 pieces on Etsy, 99% of 5 stars reviews.
Quality is the last thing you need to worried about.
Frames shown are for illustrative purposes only, and it’s not included in your order.
To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched), packed and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat status once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it at any of your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both way. Depending on the sizes, there is ADDITIONAL 2″ to 5″ white margin/border around the image part of painting for stretching/framing, it should be enough for all kinds of wooden stretch bars.

How long do you receive your purchase?

In-stock item – In a week.

Acrylic painting – In 2 weeks.

Oil painting – In 3 weeks.

1. SIZES & SHAPES

I offer many custom sizes to help perfectly fit your beautiful home or office. The sizes listed below are standard sizes that I normally have in stock. If you have special off size requirements simply drop me an email, I am always happy to work with you to make sure we meet your design goals.

Most of my custom and made to order paintings can be created in the different orientations as seen in the images below including Square, Portrait, Landscape and Panoramic/Landscape.

2. SIMILAR WILL BE CREATED

My wonderful clients always ask me how similar the painting will be between the listing photo and the recreated piece. Please understand it's impossible to make an exact copy of any painting because only art prints and giclee machines can do that. All of my paintings are handmade, every brush stroke might be slightly different, but I do promise you will receive the same colors, composition, quality and beauty as the original.

3. NEED CUSTOM COLORS

I am always happy to incorporate any color request you have to help match your decor beautifully. You can email me photos of your interior setting, color families or physically send me fabric swatches.

4. TURN AROUND TIME

I will normally start on your painting as soon as it's ordered. A custom or recreated painting can take between 4 to 14 days to complete depending on supplies and demand. For an accurate time frame it's always best to contact me as I can get very busy with orders. For massive and more complex projects please allow additional time.

5. WHEN I HAVE FINISHED YOUR NEW PAINTING

I will send you photos of your new painting when it's complete. This is where you can approve it for shipping or ask for any changes to be made. As soon as your painting is approved, dry and ready to ship, I will send you your tracking info so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

6. READY TO HANG vs UNSTRETCHED.

Most of my paintings arrive to your home stretched and ready to hang on your wall. Ultra high quality cotton canvas stretched around pro artist wooden bars. The only time a painting is unstretched is if it is specified clearly in the size/price drop-down menu.
