Producing time.
Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase:
Acrylic painting – you will receive it around 10days after ordering.
Oil painting – you will receive it around 12 days after ordering.
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 9-21 days after the order is placed. For quantity order, please contact us.

Packing, shipping, and delivery.
All paintings are packed carefully in a strong plastic tube, shipped with FedEx or TNT or DHL, 4-7 international express delivery to your home, FREE shipping to everywhere in the world.
A tracking number will be sent to you via shop shipping notification, you will receive it just in around 4 days after it’s shipped.
About the shipping address.
We can only ship the address that comes with your PayPal payment, so, please pay with your CORRECT shipping address, otherwise, we will need you to replace your order with the correct one.
P.O. Box is not acceptable, because our package is large or extra-large sized, please use your street address.

Do you sign your art?
The signature will be put on the back of the canvas BY DEFAULT, so you can hang it in any orientations you want. If you want us to sign on the front of the painting, please indicate it right after your purchase and tell me which position you would like to hang it, then, the signature will be signed at the right bottom of the front.

How do I check the status of my order?
There are 3 buttons at the right top of all the pages like this:
Please click the button in the middle, you will see there is “My Orders”, click it.

Can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us with your transaction number, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund in 24 hours at latest due to we might in different time zone.

What about taxes and duties?
You may be required to pay duties and taxes to claim your package, depending on your local customs policy. Please understand that we have no way of determining the total cost of duties and taxes in your country. We encourage you to contact your custom bureau for specific information.

Will I get what I see on the site?
The most artworks on the site were sold, your painting will be created very similar in the same style, colors, you will receive the same quality and beauty of the painting as what you see from the pictures.
Some customers asked how similar between original piece shows online and recreated pieces. I cannot promise you will get an IDENTICAL one as you see from the photo, because only the art print machine can do EXACTLY the same as pictured. All my paintings are hand-painted, so, every brush strokes might be different, but I DO promise you will get it in same quality and same beauty, we have sold over 5,600 pieces on Etsy, 99% of 5 stars reviews.
Quality is the last thing you need to worry about.
For any reason you don’t like the art you received, you can always get a full refund.

About framing and stretching/gallery wrap.
To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched) and shipped in a quality PVC tube to avoid damages, it’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it in your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it’s beautiful both way.
The painting comes with an EXTRA 2-3 inch white border around it for stretching or framing.

Lost and Damages.
We pack all paintings in a strong PVC tube very carefully, normally it arrives safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it’s damaged, please follow the below STEPS:
1. Please ask the courier man to write “the item is damaged/broken” or something like that on the waybill. You can keep your package after you and courier man both confirm the damages.
2. Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on painting to me, Let me deal with courier companies and will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.
3. If courier man just leave the package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1, do No.2 above.
Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.
